McConnell Strategies LLC (“we,” “us”) operates mcconnellstrategies.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, and how it’s used.
Information we collect
- Contact and booking information: name, email, and any details you provide through Calendly or Tally when booking a coaching session.
- Email list information: your email address (and first name, if provided) when you sign up for the newsletter.
- Payment information: we do not directly store payment card details. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers (currently Calendly/Tally); purchases of digital products are processed entirely by Etsy under Etsy’s own privacy policy.
- Usage information: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type, and general location inferred from IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and site performance purposes.
How we use this information
- To send newsletter content to subscribers
- To schedule and deliver coaching services you’ve booked
- To respond to direct inquiries sent by email or phone
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy: Calendly and Tally (booking and intake forms), an email service provider for the newsletter, Substack (newsletter publishing), and Etsy (digital product sales and delivery).
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in that email.
- Request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal information by emailing james@mcconnellstrategies.com.
Data we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
