Services

McConnell Strategies LLC provides career coaching services, including federal resume strategy, interview preparation, and related career guidance, delivered virtually. Digital products (templates, guides, planners) are sold exclusively through our Etsy shop and are subject to Etsy’s terms in addition to the license terms below.

No guarantee of outcomes

Career coaching services do not guarantee employment outcomes. Individual results vary and depend on multiple factors including market conditions, qualifications, and individual effort.

Payment and scheduling

Coaching engagements require payment at the time of booking through our designated booking platforms (currently Calendly and Tally). You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Because coaching time is reserved specifically for you, sessions are non-refundable once booked.

Digital product license

Templates, guides, planners, and other digital products purchased through Etsy are licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the files, in whole or in part.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including written material, templates, and branding — is the property of McConnell Strategies LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McConnell Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or digital products, including hiring or interview outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
